Excellent and very honest and swift service. I can compare it to other companies I went to in the past where I was overcharged, had to pay $200 only for diagnosis and I had to leave my Macbook for 2-3 weeks to get it fixed. Forest City … More were very professional, respectful and honest about the price. I had my Macbook Air fixed in the same day with a super reasonable price. The guys at Forest City Computer were great! My trackpad on my laptop wasn't working and the 2 other places I went to before these guys couldn't fix it. When fixing my laptop they were extremely professional and patient with … More me.Even though it took a bit longer to fix than anticipated (through no fault of their own), Al was able to explain to me the exact issues with my laptop, and why there would be delays in a friendly and knowledgeable way.Everything is working great now and it seems they even cleaned my laptop before giving it back!Will 100% be going back to FCCR if I have any issues with my computers in the future. These guys really know what they're doing!
