Do you offer free diagnostics?+
Forest City Computers offers free in-shop diagnostics for many common computer problems. Some specialized situations may require additional testing or third-party service.
Can service be completed the same day?+
Many common jobs can be completed the same day when the issue is straightforward and the required part is available.
Do you repair MacBooks?+
Yes. We service many MacBook Air and MacBook Pro hardware and software issues, including screens, batteries, charging and no-power problems.
Can files be recovered from a computer that will not start?+
Possibly. A failed computer does not automatically mean the files are lost. The storage device needs to be assessed.
Do you service gaming PCs?+
Yes. We troubleshoot boot problems, crashes, overheating, hardware failures and performance issues, and we perform upgrades.
Do you work on business computers and networks?+
Yes. We provide local small-business computer, networking, Wi-Fi and technology support.

Yes. We service Apple computers including MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac mini, with help for screens, batteries, charging, liquid damage, startup problems, storage and other hardware issues.

Yes. Forest City Computers sells new and used laptops, desktop computers, phones and tablets. Current inventory varies, so call or visit the shop for availability.
